系统工艺流程 System process
原煤进入制粉车间后,经过(烘干)研磨成为锅炉燃烧所需的煤粉,合格的煤粉注入煤粉塔储存,再经煤粉仓通过落料管、给料阀进入螺旋给料机送入冲板流量计内,由冲板流量计计量后送入螺旋气力输送泵的进料箱,再由给料机构向前推进。煤粉进入混合室后被风机出口空气携带进入输送管道,从而送入燃烧器燃烧。燃烧产生的高温烟气完成辐射和对流换热后进入脱硝、除尘、脱硫等系统,然后经过烟囱排放到大气中。其中除尘器收集的飞灰经密闭系统排出,并集中处理和利用。
